  2. UNIX compatible multi-part UU Encoder and Decoder for Windows 3.X.
  3. UUCODE will allow your Windows 3.X equipped PC to send and recieve
  4. binary 8-bit data over communication links or networks which don't
  5. support binary data.  These include the Internet sites and sending
  6. binary files between popular on-line services such as GEnie,
  7. Compuserve, and America On-Line.  Automatic detection of popular
  8. multipart types is provided, with parts in any order. On-line
  9. help requires version 3.1 of the Windows help engine (WINHELP.EXE).
